    Classic Old Fashioned

    • 2 parts Jim Beam® Bonded Bourbon
    • 1 half orange slice
    • 1 stemmed cherry
    • 2-3 dashes Angostura® Bitters
    • 1-2 sugar cubes
    • Muddle Jim Beam® Bonded Bourbon, bitters and sugar cubes in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir thoroughly. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass, add one large ice cube and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.

    • 2 parts Jim Beam® Bonded Bourbon
    • 1 part Fresh Lemon Sour
    • 1 part Green Chartreuse® (Yellow Chartreuse may be substituted)
    • 4-6 mint leaves, plus 1 sprig for garnish
    • Muddle mint with Sour and Chartreuse. Add Bourbon. Shake vigorously and double strain (to remove any bits of mint) into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with mint sprig.

    • 2 parts Jim Beam® Bonded Bourbon
    • 1 part Rich Demerara Syrup (simple syrup)
    • 1 part cherry maraschino liqueur
    • 2 dashes of Angostura® Bitters
    • Orange peel for garnish
    • Add Bourbon, simple syrup, cherry liqueur and bitters to a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir. Garnish with Orange Peel.
